Ex stopped contact, I stopped maintenance. Now wanting full amount of missed payment in 1 go before we can 'discuss' contact. Stopped contact for no reason

I'm in same sex relationship, it didn't work our. I've been fighting for 3 years this Jan! I got granted PR in august last year. She brains washed my boy into hating hating me! This is the lad who use to cry when I took him back home. Where I am now is I had a homophobic Judge, telling me I wasn't a parent because I wasn't a biological parent! I was with such disgust! I ask for an appeal and he granted it. Any advice please is welcome

So I'm currently in a custody battle and the mother of my son was out on notice by the judge to quit coaching my son and putting false allegations towards me. It has continued. Not only that but a judge recused himself from any further action in this case. The last hearing we had that judge was there and said he was not in the wrong for being there and preceding over the hearing. My sons mom refuses to communicate anything with me I find stuff out when I get calls from the doctors or even schools about my kid. But what do you do when the court sides with the mom even after providing all this evidence to the court that she has been in contempt of the custody order and still coaching my son. Not sure how to go about this from this point forward
