Being refused access to my children

I made my c100 application to the court in June and it was processed then and referred to a judge and I have heard nothing since Despite sending several chaser emails. what next?

Gav, sadly the COVID pandemic has decimated the Courts Offices and the Courts Judiciary, they are not only facing long delays caused by cases postponed by the pandemic, but many staff have also not returned to work in Court Offices, they have either retired or found better paid employment, and the Judiciary, most of whom are retirement age or older, took the opportunity to properly retire from the bench - I have heard that in some Courts the delays are up to 18 months as a result.
