Family Justice Transparency Report – Privacy & Consent Statement
People Against Parental Alienation (PAPA) is collecting information through this form as part of the Family Justice Transparency Report, a national research project documenting real experiences of parents and families in the UK Family Court system.
All submissions are anonymous and used solely for research, awareness, and reform purposes.
We do not collect or publish names, case numbers, addresses, or any identifying information.
Data will be stored securely and analysed only in aggregated, anonymised form – for example,
“32 respondents in Cambridgeshire reported more than five hearings.”
No individual case will ever be traceable.
If you provide an email address for follow-up, it will be stored separately and never published or shared.
You may withdraw your data at any time by contacting: support@papaorg.co.uk
By submitting this form you confirm that:
• You are aged 18 or over.
• You understand that your responses will be anonymised.
• You consent to PAPA using this information for research, advocacy, and public reporting.
PAPA is a child-first reform movement dedicated to bringing transparency, fairness, and accountability to UK Family Justice.
