Return Policy

All PAPA Supply items are made to order and therefore non-refundable, unless there is a defect.

If there is a defect with your item then please make sure to email us at: support@papaorg.co.uk and we can arrange for either a replacement item or a refund.

All items must be returned in the same condition as received.

​

We reserve the right to reject a return if it has been used, worn or damaged.

​

Defected items must be returned within 28 days of purchase.

​

Ambassador points earnt on returned items will be cancelled.
