The Family Justice Transparency Report - Submissions
NOW CLOSED
Thank you to every parent, grandparent and supporter who took part.
Between 5 November and 30 November 2025, the PAPA Family Justice Transparency Report received 1,400+ submissions across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and overseas.
This makes the largest voluntary independent datasets ever gathered on private family court experiences in the UK.
Your contributions will now be:
• securely locked
• anonymised
• analysed by the PAPA research team
• prepared for publication in our national briefing report
The findings will be published publicly and shared with:
• Members of Parliament
• Ministry of Justice
• Judiciary and court leadership
• Media and specialist journalists
• Academic partners supporting independent review
• Safeguarding bodies and children’s services
Our goal is simple: To expose systemic failures, highlight patterns of injustice, and push for urgent national reform of private law processes.
If you completed the survey, thank you.
If you missed the deadline, don’t worry, more projects are coming in 2026.
Together, we are making family justice visible.
